According to a lawsuit filed in The Federal District Court of Eastern Pennsylvania, Berg vs Obama, Barack Obama was born in Kenya, not Hawaii as Obama claims. According to Mr. Berg, the attorney who filed the action, Barack Obama was born in Kenya, not Hawaii. Also, accoeding to Mr. Berg, the documents that Obama posted on his website (both documents) which purported to be Birth Certificates for Obama are actually forgeries. Also according to Mr. Berg, investigators sent to Kenya have found Barack Obama's real birth documents in the Maternity Hospital where Barack Obama was born. According to Mr. Berg because Barack Obama was born in Kenya, he is not a natural born Citizen as required by the Constitution of The United States of America. In addition to that according to Mr. Berg, when Barack Obama's parents moved to Indonesia they enrolled Barack Obama as a student as a Citizen of Indonesia. Also according to Mr. Berg Obama traveled for many years on an Indonesian Passport. Only Citizens of Indonesia are given Indonesian Passports. Also, according to Mr. Berg, Indonesia does not allow for dual Citizenship. Therefore Barack Obama could not be a Citizen of Indonesia and The United States of America. We have had cases where I live of people being depotred as illegal aliens even though they grew up here in The United States because their parents brought them here illegally. Barack Obama appears to be a Citizen of Indonesia, not The United States of America. Barack Obama may even be an illegal alien. A United States Military base is considered to be United States soil for the purpose of determining whether or not one is a natural born Citizen of The United States. However a maternity hospital in Kenya is not considered to be United States soil. Therefore Obama fails the natural born Citizen test and McCain passes that test.... read more
